The academic program review staff provide advice and logistical support to PROC, deans, departments and professional schools, senate liaisons, and external review committees in successfully initiating, carrying out, and completing academic program reviews in a timely manner. This office is responsible for drafting charge letters to external review committees and outcome letters to departments and professional schools, conveying the consensus of PROC and deans in support of a unit’s continued strategic planning and investment in their academic programs. This office circulates all documents generated by reviews and also monitors the reporting of activities required of units following their review.
