A joint Administration/Academic Senate committee which oversees the academic program review process. Membership includes the following academic administrators and Senate committees:

• The Executive Vice Chancellor and Provost (EVCP),
• The Vice Provost for Academic Planning and Facilities (VP-APF),
• The Vice Provost for Academic Affairs and Faculty Welfare (VP-AA),
• The Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education (VPUE),
• The Graduate Division Dean (GD) or Associate Dean,
• The Associate Vice Provost for Academic Planning and Facilities,
• the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Planning and Analysis (OPA),
• the Chair of the Graduate Council (GC),
• the Chair of the Budget and Interdepartmental Relations (BIR),
• the Chair of the Committee on Educational Policy (CEP),
• the Chair of the Committee on the Status of Women and Ethnic Minorities (SWEM), and
• the Chair of the Committee on Academic Planning and Resources Allocation (CAPRA).
